- Administrative Assistant -

Immediate opportunity for a self-motivated, highly organized individual to be able to work with little or no supervision.  Must have excellent phone and communication skills.  Command of  Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook required.  Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced office while maintaining professionalism, discretion and confidentiality in all facets of the job.  Must interact with management, staff and clients all levels.  Four (4) years experience preferred.  Position includes an excellent starting salary with a fully compensated employee health and dental benefit package along with a 401k and profit sharing program.  To be considered, submit a resume with cover letter detailing salary requirements as noted below.

- Documentation / Report Specialist -

Air Filtration Management, an industry leader specializing in Independent Cleanroom Environmental Q/A Audits, Maintenance and Certification Services seeks individuals with experience in AutoCAD 2004.  A thorough knowledge of MS Office with specialization in Excel, Presentation & Adobe Acrobat software required.  Responsibilities include preparing architectural layouts and the analysis and processing of field test data results for project reports.  We are seeking self-motivated individuals with independent decision making capabilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Position includes a fully compensated employee benefits package.        

- Cleanroom Field Service Technician -

Air Filtration Management, an industry leader specializing in Independent Cleanroom Environmental Q/A Audits, Maintenance and Certification Services seeks technicians / engineers to work in the Microelectronics and Life Sciences Industries.  We are looking for candidates with experience in Indoor Environmental, Mechanical or HVAC / TAB Technology.  Individuals shall be team oriented with a mechanical / electrical aptitude and independent problem solving abilities.  Overnight travel is required with this position.  Position includes a fully compensated employee benefits package. 

- Project / Service Coordinator -

Air Filtration Management, an industry leader specializing in Independent Cleanroom Environmental Q/A Audits, Maintenance and Certification Services seeks an experienced Project / Service Coordinator.  Responsibilities include tracking & scheduling projects, equipment and labor resource allocation coordination and equipment maintenance / calibration scheduling.  Qualified candidates shall have knowledge of MS Access, Excel & Work software.  Familiarity of AutoCAD software is a plus.  Position includes a fully compensated employee benefits package.     

- Sales Engineer -

Air Filtration Management, an industry leader specializing in Independent Cleanroom Environmental Q/A Audits, Maintenance and Certification Services seeks an experienced Sales Engineer to service the Microelectronics and Life Sciences Industries.  Qualified candidates shall have experience in business to business outside sales, cold call prospecting, be aggressive, professional and self-motivated.  Overnight travel is required with this position.  Position includes a fully compensated employee benefits package.
